Check that the RGBmatrixPanel folder contains RGBmatrixPanel.cpp and RGBmatrixPanel.h Place the RGBmatrixPanel library folder your arduinosketchfolder/libraries/ folder. You may need to create the libraries subfolder if its your first library. Restart the IDE.
