On Cyca installation procedure, you should add these PHP modules in order to get PHP composer installs the dependencies without error :

• php-curl
• php-mbstring
• php-xml

PHP composer indicates that "Package fzaninotto/faker is abandoned, you should avoid using it. No replacement was suggested."

You should tell users to install Supervisor at the beginning of the procedure.

When browsing to another folder, its checkboxes keep the states of the previous folder.

I use the Docker version.

I can create an account, confirm it and then login to the account. When I click Save in the account, I get the following message:

Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "405 Method Not Allowed".

Unwanted and annoying delay occurs in various situations. Apparently, it would be caused by event handlers not being attached before UI update. See vuejs/vue#11133. It is currently not known if it's a bug or if there is a workaround. It seems Safari is affected but not Firefox.

It causes delay when selecting a folder, and opening document and feed item instead of selecting it.

I tried fetching content with Guzzle, fopen, various PHP libraries, various headers combinations.

It is currently not known how to fix this.

Folder names are truncated, so should be documents titles.

Whenever a document gets updated, it should be reflected in the frontend through web sockets.

After upgrading docker image, Cyca shows a blank page because files permissions have changed.

If adding a document or a feed that doesn't already exist in Cyca's database, feed items won't be shown as unread.

This is due to database foreign key constraints.

Themes should be updated in the background so the UI doesn't get unresponsive.

On a fresh installation (Ubuntu Server 20.04 LEMP) during the 1st launch of the web interface and just after validating my registration I got a 500 error...

I just relaunched the page by removing the /register and the application tells me that a verification email has just been sent to me.

I validate the link received by email and everything seems to work normally...

Nginx logs show no errors.

Are there any other logs I can give you?

The email verification link leads to a 403 error (invalid signature) when user changes his address. This is caused by Laravel's changes of authentication features during Cyca's development. I decided not to implement these new features for the first release, but it will become available in the next one.

In the mean time, it is not necessary to validate email address to use Cyca.

They seem to be stuck on previous versions.

Add a browser to pick public groups to join.

If a document isn't bookmarked anymore, or if a feed doesn't longer have any document attached, they should be deleted from the database after a - configurable - amount of time.

Even if the web sockets server and client are correctly configured, the client tries to fallback to external pusher server.

Themes should be supported

Remove feed items having every attached FeedItemState to read after a configurable amount of time.
