請在 HW1 資料夾裡新增 requirements.txt
- 創建 Python 虛擬環境
- 安裝必要插件
- 匯出 requirements.txt
pip freeze > requirements.txt
對 HW1.py 撰寫例外處理，並在 READMD.md 敘述你怎麼做
