Three users implemented with different access

load the solution in VS (2017) and run.
This will create a Backend providing data and authentication to the web site.
Separately, clone the SIMSAssignment.Site and run ng serve from the cloned directory. Make sure you have the angular 6 CLI installed.
Navigate to http://localhost:4200 to run the app.
