music stops when adjusting volume

Describe the bug
When playing a streaming audio track, adjusting the volume causes the track to go silent. The time continues to advance, but the track can't be heard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to playlists tab
  2. Click on play to start a streaming track
  3. Drag the audio slider left or right below the now playing track to adjust the volume.

Expected behavior
Audio should continue to be audible after adjustment.

Note
Stopping the track and hitting play again will restore the sound at the chosen volume. It seems only adjusting it while it plays causes the bug.

V10 Console error spam

Describe the bug
With foundry v10 the console is spammed for each sound using bellows causing big lag.

Long music tracks don't play for players

As the title says, long music tracks won't play for players. The DM client does play them, however, which can make it even more confusing.

I have tested the cutoff to be somewhere around 60m07s and 60m49s.
