To get started with the Finance Pal app, follow these steps:

Before you begin, ensure you have Flutter installed on your machine. If you haven't already, you can install Flutter.

1. Clone the Finance Pal repository to your local machine using the following command:

   git clone https://github.com/Kodedbykenzie/finance-pal.git
   

2. Install the project dependencies using Flutter:

   flutter pub get
   

3. Run the app on your preferred emulator or physical device:

   flutter run
   

The Finance Pal app should now be up and running on your device.

The Finance Pal app relies on the following dependencies:

• Lottie : A Flutter package for displaying animations.

  lottie: ^1.0.3
  

• Intro Slider : A Flutter package for creating onboarding screens or introduction slides.

  intro_slider: ^3.0.0
  

• Charts Flutter : A Flutter package for creating beautiful charts and graphs.

  charts_flutter: ^0.12.0
  

Ensure you include these dependencies in your pubspec.yaml file before running the app.

Finance Pal offers a range of features to help you manage your finances effectively:

1. Transactions Tracking: Keep a record of all your transactions, categorizing them by type (e.g., food, housing, utilities, etc.). Easily add new transactions, including the amount and category.

2. Budget Management: Set budgets for different expense categories and monitor your spending against these budgets. Finance Pal provides a clear overview of how much you've allocated and how much you've spent.

3. Expense Reports and Analysis: Visualize your spending with interactive charts and graphs. Understand where your money is going and identify areas where you can save.
