In map /catalog/view/theme/default/template/pdfinvoice the file Opencart.xml, 
has the word 'right' but spelled wrong as in 'rigth'. Notice the letter T and H 
being swapped.
It's in various border- and margin- properties, ~15 occurences. I suspect those 
properties will not be parsed at runtime. Copied some code below from 
Opencart.xml:

This produce new page if we have set margin-top more then is remaining on page. 
But string is empty thus it will render new page

1.Backend order entry system
2.Attach PDF File to order by Backend order entry system

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like to attach PDF Invoice to Order sent out by backend order entry

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PDF Invoice 2.2B  Backend order entry 2.3.0.1

I have attached template which is located under
Admin/view/template/sale/order_entry_invoice.tpl

allow send invoice to another email, other then admin or customer

Add admin firstname and lastname
