Can someone make Super Mario War 1.8 Beta 3?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download latest code from svn
2. ./configure && make
3. no binary

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected a binary of game, many various errors. (const issue, wrong 
includes,gcc changes, etc)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8 beta 2 from svn on opensuse 11.4 x86_64

Game is compilable from this git repo(same 1.8 beta 2):

svn repo's configure script also has wrong line breaks and has to be changed 
using dos2unix.

When you add a stomp challenge level to your world and you try to play it in 
Super Mario War, the ''address violation'' window opens.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch from windowed to fullscreen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected fullscreen, crashed instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta 1.8 version 2 on Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks)
