这是一个基于react-native框架，包含四个tab菜单切换，路由切换，接口数据请求，组件封装，工具类，写得比较简单，但是架子都有了（注意：不是一个完整的项目，只是提供一个项目开始的框架）。
前提：react-native 环境（目前用0.55.6版本有bug，请用低一点的版本），模拟器或者真机。
tips：react-native 环境安装请参考 https://reactnative.cn/docs/0.51/getting-started.html#content
模拟器：Genymotion；调试工具：React Native Debugger
下载项目文件之后，本地项目文件夹下运行
$ npm install
然后安装【配置】文件里写的包
开启模拟器，运行项目
$ react-native run-android
