`SHOW_SPEAKER=0` is truthy

Node: v8.11.3

While trying to use SHOW_SPEAKER and conditional rendering using the && operator, it appears that SHOW_SPEAKER=0 is truthy (and so always shows the <Speaker /> component. I have tried it just in the package.json and with the .env files with the same results.

The only way I could get it to behave as expected was to remove SHOW_SPEAKER=0 from the .env and only have SHOW_SPEAKER=1 in .env.development.

I'm not sure if this is something specific to my setup
