Add option to use worst torch from quick access shortcut. Behave the same as radial setting.

Similar to how a lit torch can be preselected, do the same for the mag lens if the lens currently has a greater than 0 chance of starting the fire. Even if there are higher ignite chance starters.

I'd like to use my worst ignite chance matches/firestriker to light a torch (since that never fails). Here is my current inventory.

I set worst firestrike and worst matches to true

But it comes up with wood matches first, then cardboard, then striker. It doesn't matter if I change those settings to false.

Condition on matches doesn't affect ignite chance as far as I am aware.

With 2 fire strikers in inventory, highest durability one was preselected.

Just trying out this today. I had an uncompleted book in my inventory and sorting fuel by ignite chance and burn duration. This put that book as first in the list.

If you have multiple fire starters of the same type in the inventory, all are listed during fire starting (Tested with firestrikers). However, mostly you want only one (the worst one).
Also needs a dedicated setting for it.
