Currently we have the option to subset data by variable or group. However, what could be even more useful IMO is ability to highlight a particular group and plot this on top the other data, like we did with the reports. But we'd want the option to first choose the variable, then choose the group to highlight.

The plot shows the label ("e.g. leaf mass") whereas the dropdown menu uses the short variable names (e.g. "m.lf"). A new user won't know how to interpret the variables names. i wonder whether the dropdwn should also use the labels.
