Had a great time reproducing your paper at the OpenConBerlin Reprohack! It reproduced like a dream ❤️ remake ❤️

The only (technically inconsequential but we thought we'd let you know) discrepancy we found was that the published figure S1 is actually S2 in the reproduction and vice versa.

basically a short version of some stuff from De Kauwe 2012; can combine with existing Methods S1

I already have some functions for doing this that will work across platforms, i.e doesn't require local working directory to be set.
