Should be able to call myfeed globally from the CLI

Currently we are just using the main.go file to run myfeed. We should be allowed to run the application calling simply myfeed in the CLI from anywhere.

As a myfeed user,
I want to be able to call myfeed in the terminal anywhere
So I have an easy to remember alias and don't have to navigate to the repository to use the application

Add support for Hacker News

We should be able to also get Hacker News articles in myfeed. There will be two steps following the Hacker News API: first fetch the front page article IDs, then use the ID to get the titles.

As a myfeed user
I want to have the option to see Hacker News articles, and toggle true or false for either website
So that I have more content to choose from
