If you get the time could you add a requirements.txt with the dependencies that would be needed? Thanks a lot for sharing the repo!

I tried downloading the data and had two issues:

• using wget from the readme, it's completely unclear what the data format is and how to extract the data correctly
• the download link worked, but provides results for PPO, AC2 and DDPG only
  Is there a second download link for the missing data? Is there something else I'm missing?

I think it would be helpful to be able to query the best solution's performance of the benchmark (in both static and dynamic modes) easily. I assume most people using the benchmark want to know how close their solution is to the optimum, so including the best performance in the interface (e.g. in the benchmark handler) would probably save many people some time.
