Day in question SATURDAY 17th JULY 2021
On the
2021-02-17.pdf
google timelime I have 6 entries for that day. 5 driving events and 1 walking event. On the TIMELINE EXPLORER extension I only wanted to show the driving NOT the walking however it was showing the walking as a place. I arrived at bamburgh road and walked down the street.
This was the journey
Orchard Street -> Bamburgh Road
Bamburgh Road -> Home
This is what was exported
Orchard Street -> Walking
Walking -> Bamburgh Road
Bamburgh Road -> Home
On TIMELINE EXPORTER I choose to remove some of the entries I didn;t need but I removed the wrong one by mistake. So I just refreshed the date by clicking the Blue refresh button next to the date selection.
Now TIMELINE EXPLORER isn't showing any data for that day howerver all the data is still in google timeline. Is there a way I can refresh the data manually? (deleting a temp file for the extension)
for example, if you download a range from 21Aug22 to 2Oct22, the filename is 2022-03-10_2022-02-10.csv
Its as though the 'from' date is calculated as the 'to' date plus 1, regardless of the actual 'from' date
Seconds seems to be milliseconds --> validate
"De datums in de csv bestandsnaam reflecteert niet correct de tijdspanne die wordt gedownload."
Locations that have a business registered (or something like that) are shown in the export list with that name instead of the address. Is it possible to change this? It would save me heaps of post-processing (I visit around 30 places a month for work which I have to have fill in on an expenses sheet monthly.)
Hopefully someone can help with this!
If I set the "Export processed duration: seconds vs hh:mm:ss" to hh:mm:ss and export to csv, the duration value is incorrect.
Sample data:
timeBegin,timeEnd,duration

but same this working some other machine.
If I have the "Export dates in local timezone" option turned on and export to a CSV file, the format of the timeEnd field is incorrect. It's missing the date.
All of the below entries are from the timeEnd field of the file I export for activity today with this option turned on. Note that the date is missing, as is the "T" character that separates the date and time in the timeBegin field.
2022-08-17:51:10.022
2022-08-18:09:49.000
2022-08-18:17:38.000
2022-08-18:26:41.000
2022-08-18:30:49.740
Validate whether the CSV delimiter is consistent and does not conflict with the data; maybe use another delimiter?
One improvement would be if the exported time stamps were in the local time zone, or an offset option for the download (eg I would use -8 hrs from GMT).
