Add registration verification
Users must register with valid CSES and CODEFORCES accounts.
We should verify that at registration.
Start Time for Problem Groups
Add a countdown in the home screen until the next problem group is available

Add an option to log in as an admin.
An admin user should be able to get a list of all available users and log in as a user (with a short-lived token).
