To implement a messaging system in a discord server every time a new solution is found, we need to support event hooks.

Corrently we only fetch submission metadata, and problem URL only. To have a nice UX, we should fetch and display problem metadata (name, contest, etc, authors?)

From a simple test, it seems like user submission are public, and data can be collected.

Add option to tag submissions with predefined tags like "PARTIAL DATA". related to #7

Currently we scrape accepted submissions only, and we only store the problem url of that submission.
Instead, for a richer experience, we would like to crawl additional metadata about every submission, and to also crawl submissions that are not accepted.

Crawlers should be able to add custom fields to integration instances that they will manage, and this will help them to crawl more effectively.

This can be expensive, and should be avoided.
