I'm happy to report that the issue seems to be resolved!
After further troubleshooting, I discovered the culprit was my personal privacy settings. 🙈
Granting Raycast access to control other applications in System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy -> Accessibility fixed the problem.
