Ansible files not formatted by redhat.ansible extension despite correct file associations

Description

I'm experiencing an issue with the redhat.ansible extension in Visual Studio Code. Despite having the correct file associations for Ansible files, the extension does not appear in the list of available formatters, and Ansible files are not being formatted as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install the redhat.ansible extension in Visual Studio Code.
  2. Set the file associations for .yml files to ansible in the .code-workspace file.
  3. Open an Ansible .yml file and attempt to format it.

Expected Behavior

The redhat.ansible extension should format the Ansible file according to Ansible's formatting rules.

Actual Behavior

The redhat.ansible extension does not appear in the list of available formatters, and the Ansible file is not formatted.
