The repository needs a contribution guide.

Caphpe should be able to grab configuration from a file-based solution, as currently all options must be passed in through the command line as arguments.

• Upgrade to PHP 7.2
• Refactor where needed
• General niceties and changes to logic
• Add more tests
• PHPStan/PHPCS

Caphpe itself is operational (though in development), and an example client library should be created to

1. Provide an example people can refer to on how to create client libraries,
2. Have some baseline library people can use for a default/minimal Caphpe integration in their projects.

Will be developed as its own project of course.

Old version is based on humbug/box 2.x, and we should upgrade the config and thingies to 3.x instead.
