Adding php for header and footer will be good as it will help cleaning up the code and adding new features/articles
Improve the ceasar cipher to work even on numbers, Currently it works only on alphabets
Change colours of page elements to make pages visually appealing
Media screen attributes not working on mobile devices, however they do work on desktops
