Arch linux seems to use flac >= 1.4.0 which introduced API and ABI changes.
There is an official porting guide to migrate from 1.3.x to 1.4.x.

Thanks for the changelog. Squeezelite isn't impacted by any of the API changes.
Here's a test patch, that loads the appropriate shared library based on the FLAC api version.
flac-1.4.patch.txt
If you could confirm that it loads correctly using flac >= 1.4.0 I'll commit the change.
