I am learning a lot from your code but there is a little difference with the above project.
The lists are not re-orderable (by dragging) in your project.
Can you give me a hint on how to implement such a feature?

I spoke too soon.
The front-end part works but the events produced are useless.
The 'from' and 'to' variables contain the value 'board'.
The server side cannot therefore not infer the new position.
The 'from' and 'to' variables should contain the from-index and the to-index.
Maybe this issue can be closed and the other one re-opened
