Quickly show the required items that are locking checks when hovering over a dungeon. Maybe also show all the dungeons that require an item when hovering over an item.

I just had a BSoD, but same goes for power outages or similar, and lost all my progress.
It is really hard to recover from something like this, since you almost have to recheck all entrances, because nobody will remember every single cave and house they found.
I think just having the tracker autosave every so often (like 30s or so?) would counteract this almost entirely.
The autosave should probably be independent of regular saves. Not sure how to handle multiple instances of the program being run.

In the macOS native version, there are no green squares to mark entrances, and when you enable 'show remaining entrances, it shows 0.

Things like "Show OW items" and "Show Remaining Entrances" are likely something someone won't be wanting to tweak between every run, and so being able to consistently hold them between resets would be useful

Implement a save feature probably.

If I add a custom marker to something and later remove it, it decrements the entrance counter, even though adding a marker doesn't increase it. This can make it possible to end up in negative entrance values, even when there are entrances left.

IMO, the right way to deal with this is to only decrement when a green square is cleared instead of anything, although I could see wanting to add an entrance if you add a marker as well.
