The syntax could be

addb search <part of the name>

• anime details can be imported from AP url
• episode progress should be reflected both locally and on AP profile

This command lists the anime/drama in database

This command updates the number of watched episodes for a specific anime/drama

These changes need to be implemented:

If movie:

• the watch_url will be the filename
• the progress will refer to the hour:minute:second

If series:

• watch_url will be.. one of the filenames? episode_url list will contain all filenames?
• the progress will be the number of the last watched episode.

I wasn't able to find such a command-line option for Totem and I don't believe there exists cross-player standard for this.

The addb list command should be able to display specifically watched, unwatched, dropped, etc. shows.

Syntax:

# these three are equivalent
addb
addb list
addb list watching

addb list all

addb list dropped

The command would edit properties of previously added anime/drama entries

This command removes the anime/drama entries from the database

Let's use logger.error() for error messages instead of printing to stdout.

The command would add new anime/drama entries
