When using WebPSF and specifying the observation date, add a fallback date=None in cases where the query fails.

There can be occasional outlier columns which have slightly more flux in wings than neighbours. Perhaps could add some outlier identification and smooth over these.

When O1 profiles are reused for O2, sometimes the profiles are not wide enough such that the interpolation causes them to flat line at too high of a flux level instead of continuing to drop off.

np.int() calls depreciated. Need to be swapped to int().
