The buttons are not actually clickable items, it's the text inside the button that's active as a link. On the live site, you can click anywhere in the button and activate the link, but in testing you have to click directly on the text inside the button.
(See also issue rackerlabs/technical-blog#61 in the technical blog. Fixed should be applied to both repos and all future doc repos).

Numbers and bullets are not displayed in articles.

I like the alternating row colors, but need more contrast, and need smarter column sizing, if possible.
On this page, the +

The sticky left-hand menu is displaying UNDEFINED under How-to Home and above Introduction. This should display the product name that the article is housed in. I.E. Rackspace Email, Cloud Server, etc
E.g. https://docs-support-how-to.netlify.app/how-to/create-new-user-on-active-directory-domain/
Edit this article button should link to:
https://github.com/rackerlabs/support-how-to/edit/master/content/how-to/dedicated-hosting/create-new-user-on-active-directory-domain/index.md
Not:
https://github.com/rackerlabs/support-how-to/edit/master/content/getting-started-with-public-cloud.md
There seems to be an existing issue with numbered lists (#35) but it is breaking the formatting of the FAQ questions:
If you open the "How do I view my invoice" question, you can see that the exposed steps are meant to be a numbered list, so they are both not numbered and not indented correctly:
the support network banner and solve banners do not fit the view port on my iPhone 8 /Safari
The font size in article paragraphs randomly changes.
Make collapsing feedback widget always expanded
Should be numbered lists on https://docs-support-how-to.netlify.app/how-to/getting-started-with-hosted-email/#create-mailboxes
here is the example from prod: https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/getting-started-with-hosted-email/
Don't know if this is intentional but for instance, the grey background on certain sections here:
https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/#cloud-office
are not present on the new version:
https://docs-support-how-to.netlify.app/how-to/#cloud-office
The main menu buttons are offset to the left and it looks incorrect. Getting Started, Fanatical Support for AWS, etc
support.rackspace.com/how-to on the legacy site uses an accordion style menu that I believe is easier to navigate than the chosen mobile layout on the netlify site.
I recommend using the accordion style menu.
For Managed Operations (https://docs-support-how-to.netlify.app/how-to/managed-operations-all-articles/)
The list of articles doesn't appear on the All Articles page. Perhaps this is what's showing in the header? The other product All Articles pages that I checked seem to be normal.
This page in the testing site: https://docs-support-how-to.netlify.app/how-to/rackspace-pdr/ does not have bullets in production https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/rackspace-pdr/
Link text is also smaller in the testing site.
We need a central location where we can change sales CTA's. This also needs to be able to display a different CTA based on the page the user is on.
All Articles should display a list of articles that are contained within the product level folder but it is showing Page Not Found.
There is no spacing between the words Rackspace Support and Documentation.
