Large number of platforms are spawned unnecessarily after player death and respawn

When the player dies and respawns, we don't reset the next_spawn_time in game.gd, which results in the following code in game.gd to spawn platforms every frame:

if Time.get_ticks_msec() > next_spawn_time:
  _spawn_next_platform()

Platforms are spawned too frequently

The line next_spawn_time += world_speed in game.gd results in platforms being spawned to quickly. This doesn't change the gameplay, but does result in unnecessary memory and CPU usage.

Platforms aren't cleaned up properly

Currently we don't queue_free platforms when they leave the scene. It would be nice to just use the body_exited signal on the PlayArea to detect when they leave, but since platforms are StaticBody2Ds, they aren't detected.
