Following the OIDC documentation for Minikube here, we need to finish the walk-though ourselves. We should include steps in a README, along with any other necessary files required to make this work.

From what we've gathered, it is much easier to configure K8 clusters with custom authenticators when said authenticator is accessible via public internet. This work item includes creating a Terraform module for this service to run on AWS, which will make it easy for developers to get this service running and accessible via public internet.

Instead of copy+paste into a kubeconfig file, users can run kubectl config set-credentials. We should document this option in the token endpoint.

We need to add documentation for how to set this tool up w/ Minkube.
From what I've gathered thus far, that means generating some certificates, creating some yaml files, and sending the correct arguments to minikube start.
