We need a README that explains how to plug-n-play the auth0 proxy.

When Layer0 v0.10.4 was released, the --wait flag was removed; waiting was made default, and a --no-wait flag was introduced instead. The auth0-proxy terraform file needs to be updated to reflect that change.

Any chance of specifying an open source license for this code, at least the go-related parts, so that it can be reused elsewhere?
