Electric Vehicle Data Visualization Application

A simple data visualization application to help understand electric vehicle data in Canada. Check it out at https://shiny.covid.cloud.statcan.ca/ev-data-viz/ or https://qvinh.shinyapps.io/ev-data-viz for the latest updates.

Datasets

To do:

  • Create a ui.R and server.R
  • Vinh: send a pull request to the data analytics repository
  • Spencer: push the PowerBI app to the data analytics platform
  • Manolo (TBD): Add a button that creates an Rmarkdown or pdf report
  • (TBD) Build a pipeline that streams datasets directly from STC by automating the monthly updates of the nmvr and nmvs tables
  • (TBD) Add and visualize table 20-10-0001-01
  • (TBD) Add a translation EN/FR button
  • Present the proof of concept and collect feedback
  • Clean the main map
  • Push and host the app
