Gateway intents support.

Gateway intents should be supported at least partially. Perhaps not allowing for disabling all of the intents, but the pointless ones like typing or presence updates.

The API should probably look similar to permissions, i.e.

var intents = GatewayIntents.Default; // decide how much to support
intents -= GatewayIntent.GuildPresences;
intents -= GatewayIntent.GuildTyping;
intent += GatewayIntent.PrivateTyping;
