Currently, the choice of the language on the website can be done at the bottom of the page. But when a non-English person comes for the first time, the only thing that person can see is a language he/she doesn't understand.
A little improvement would be to add the choice of the language at the top, like at the right of the items of the navigation bar. A flag + 2 letters is a good solution to make people understand they have to click there to change the language. Here is an example of what I have in mind:

(Don't pay attention to the fact that my version of the website is in French while I put an American flag… >.< personal mistake)

Following qTox/qTox's move from travis-ci.org to GH actions due to travis-ci.org suspending all builds: qTox/qTox#6345 qTox/qTox#6350, qTox-Website also needs to move to GH actions to continue to run the deploy script in CI for qtox.github.io, per qTox/qtox.github.io#1 (comment) comment.

I have no idea why or how this makes sense, but when I use qtox on my home wifi it makes it so that no device can connect to the internet, including my laptop. When I attempt to use qtox on another (university network) it just fails to connect entirely, but my computer can still access the internet and nobody else's ability to connect is affected. On both my home network and my university network I've been able to run qtox on my windows 7 desktop without a snag. My laptop is running windows 10.

When a new user is clicking the "Download" button in the main page of the website, this new user arrives on a complicated page: a white page with a lot of stuff, looks like it isn't the same website anymore, and furthermore, everything in English (it doesn't help those who doesn't speak it)

A new download page could be done, a clear, a simple one. For Windows Users, a not-so-little green "Download" button which makes the user download the 32-bits version. And the 3 other possibilities just below (64 bits; 32/64 bits below).

This page should keep the graphical charter of the website & the language preference made by the user…

Same idea as #3 ; the creation of a page with the same graphical charter, the content will be the same as user_manual_en.md but can be translated depending on the previous language choices made by the user.

So there would be the creation of multiple translation files from user_manual_en.md, such as it is already done with the index.xx.json…
