my slider is displayed in 2 line:

Any idea why ?

at line 262 missing // to comment out line

\w__log( $field.' - '.$value );

should be

// \w__log( $field.' - '.$value );

The current textdomain is acf-number_slider to load the current local files.
The translations coming from Translate WordPress won't be loaded because the textomain differs from the plugin slug.

To fix this, the local files should have the same basename (advanced-custom-fields-number-slider-xx_XX.po) as the plugin slug and the textdomain should also be changed to advanced-custom-fields-number-slider.
This way the plugin first tries to load the wp.org translations, falling back to the local /lang translation files.

On https://github.com/qstudio/advanced-custom-fields-number-slider/blob/master/number-slider-v4.php#L152 there is no need to make this translatable, as it can be seen on https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/advanced-custom-fields-number-slider/stable/pt/default/?filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=13036654

Could be just escaped with no gettext.
