Tried to re-download all versions of dotnet, 13 QTR, 12 QTR, Terraria, restarting pc and nothing works

Everytime I goto spawn a item for example a block of dirt I click a empty box and put Type: 2 Stack: 30 I hit apply, Everything is fine. But whenever I hit initialize it crashes

even when compile in ENG it start as Chinese version
It work normally in single when u can scan entire large map but when you enter multiplayer as non-host and scan the map, it only scan 1/4 of the map and not entire map.

Is it possible to make a 64 bit version so that it can work with tModLoader. Now it says that a 32 bit application cannot access 64 bit application data.

I don't know much about coding and i don't know if some of these is possible
Freecam - Character stays in the same place, just the camera that's moving
Noclip - Enables Infinite hovering/flight, No collision, and Shift to go faster Ctrl to go slower
Extended Placement - Increases item placement range
Extended Pickup - Increases Item pickup range (if possible speed too)
Name Changer - Allows you to change name while playing (if it's possible make it work in multi)
Insta Respawn - Instantly Respawn
I think that's all i can think of, sorry if it's too much, you don't need to do all of them if you don't want to but i'd appreciate it if you can

Would it be possible to make an item browser kind of like in the tmodloader mod cheat sheet how it detects all items in the game and displays the icons and allows you to spawn in any item. i wonder if that kind of thing is possible as you could implement it into the wiki and it would automatically be able to see and spawn every item in the game including items from mods on tmodloader? it would also make the wiki compatible with most tmodloader mods? The only thing is that you would have to make qtrhacker compatible with tmodloader and be able to attach to it.

In the name really, just a way to change the amount of luck the player has with the client. This affects stuff like mob drops and damage randomisers.
I know that its possible with java repositories, what about c#?
I used the english version (unstable) ;-; so theres no stable english version and i used it once, it worked, i messed around with some of the hacks and it crashed my game. Now every time i try to tap the cross to attach to terraria it pulls the error below, yes i tried reinstalling, redownloading, etc etc restart pc, disable antivirus.

all of the following are classified as bugs in the latest release on QTRHacker Updates compared to ver 8.0.7993.27030 which is currently the most stable for my pc
ones that I've noticed are:
High CPU usage when attached to terraria even though no actions are being made
High memory usage ingame
Has high impact on slowing down terraria speed as if there are a lot of "entities" loaded
Error message endless loop when playing multiplayer (haven't figured out if its a certain menu or action that causes it, (will screenshot when replicated))
