Keep orginal theme as much as possible with the following optimization:

• adding zh-cn.json and optimize Chinese translation;
• integrate tocbot, auto generating TOC if article includes h1, h2, h3, h4;
• adding tag description in tag page;
• showing all tags in post if on desktop;
