微信公众号后台消息加解密方式允许明文模式
微信服务器发送的消息加解密方式允许明文模式，这种模式下非常有利于做开发测试联调，而大佬代码里面直接用asserts做了强校验，导致必须要使用encodingAESKey字段做加密解码处理，无法直接使用明文模式，麻烦大佬处理一下，谢谢
