Instead of publishing a monolithic JSON data topic, break out the individual properties to topics with their values.

Do this programmatically as to not require constant upkeep if the json changes

Thank you for this software. I'm in the US, operating in Fahrenheit.
This is working great for me on my WS-84-82, via homebridge-mqttthing to homebridge, but the apple Home app read my Fahrenheit temperatures as celsius, transforming them again into outrageous numbers (166 degrees out!), so I modded your code to convert the temps from ambient weather JSON to celsius before sending to the mqtt broker. Here is the section of app.js which I modified. Temperatures now appear in F in Apple home (though they are in Celsius in homebridge).
