Add usage scenario for finding matching orbits on disk
Another usage scenario is to filter matching data on the disk
Add end-to-end test/steps that will download Seviri and VIIRS data, read it with satpy and collocate with CIS
add scenarios for predicting matching orbits
One usage scenario is to compute the overlapping orbits so that one knows which data to download
Unify installation process
There can be two installation scenarios:
- Create a conda environment, and add cis as a dependency. Needs packaging satpy and other pytroll dependencies for conda.
- Use pip for installation and let users install sophisticated dependencies (like Iris) themselves, which is not difficult, but not as straightforward as using conda environment
