Email alert for each step of workshop about wye HOT 10 CLOSED

@harisibrahimkv Can you help us create email content for the above case.
You can add them in the folder /template/email_message/workshop/

Who will change status from requested to accepted?
Admins or tutors who are interested?
Should we add a page for them to do that?

I have added few thing on how flow will happen and where to add button and what scenario they will be Available.
I think we just need to add backend code more than front end.

1) we should send automatic emails to all tutor who have shared their interest to conduct workshop of that region.
2) The email should also be sent to regional leads to understand activity happening.
3) Email should be sent to requester saying " we are working on find volunteering for requested workshop"

This #148 has all the email content. I would like both of you to review the content and make sure it is being sent to the proper entity with the proper message. The PR has placeholders for all the context data and links. You will need to edit the files and put them in.

new: You have added it
accepted: Once presenter accept workshop we need to send email to presenter and poc.
rejected: Once presenter reject workshop we need to send email to presenter and poc
completed: Once presenter complete workshop we need to send email to presenter and poc to submit feedback for workshop.

Where is the .html or .txt file of the email that will be sent when a workshop is completed?
