No test code now...

We should set up a continuous integration (CI) process that runs tests on every pull request (PR) using GitHub Actions. Additionally, we should set up continuous deployment (CD) so that when a new version is released using the GitHub release feature, the new code is automatically deployed to the server.

• Member random pick -> For time when we need to choose random members :)
• CPython release deploy (only available for release manager)
• etc: Event notification(Sprint, Commiter vote, etc)

Currently, we are hard-coding the prompts at the code level. It is necessary to separate them based on their purpose using template files.
