[unsubscriptable-object] FP for generic classes (PEP 695) about pylint HOT 2 OPEN

Including

from __future__ import annotations

fixes the E0602 linting.

Using

from typing import Generic, TypeVar

T = TypeVar("T")

class Foo(Generic[T]):
    def __init__(self, value: T):
        self.value = value

x = Foo[int](1)

instead of the new syntax of PEP 695, removes the E1136 linting.
