The main loop use the database file and read it continuously.
Although the solution is good for small table the same can not be said for a large table, specially in the case where the data is not changing as frequently.

This problem of reading the database can be replaced by the XML file and a complementary code to update the XML file periodically.

Currently the sites which are identified as down are updated in the database with time field updated. There needs to be a separate field in database namely "created_at" which can be referred to when removing the entity from the database.
