i had that expetion whil i was trying to run the project

It seems that MURA official website doesn't provide a download link. Could you provide a link?

It seems that
pip install torch==0.3.0.post4
this virsion of torch is no more available

at first i cant find the 0.3.0 version of pytorch for windows , so installed the 0.4.1 cpu version, then when i tried to run the project , i got the following error :
