So, this issue is because of : Can't you just make it for multi platform?

Why?

I want everybody saw this webpage, on every browser loads. like, on chrome, when i enterd the site, it should be load.

this sends headers to a CSS page that has "content" styles that adds content to a page through response.headers['link'], this most likely doesn't show anything in Chrome sources because there is no static index html page that has <link>'s to css files. It's instead controlled through headers by a Python backend. It also sends headers to redirect to a website through response.headers['Refresh'].

So yeah that's how you evade chrome stupidity LOL just control everything through headers!!!!

I prefer to change the domain name, because when the user sees the URL (https://therickroll.com) will know that this is a rick roll, except if you change the text (like free discord nitro)

When you go to therickroll.com, you literally get RickRolled by the official YouTube channel for Rick Astley (get redirected to the official YouTube video for RickRoll).
