I had 2 nodes running (both as miners). I sent 20 from A to B, then 15 from A to B, then 30 from B to A and as a result of the last tx B's balanced got properly reduced to 5, but A's balance did not change at all (still got only 15 from the leftovers of the first 2 txs from A to B).

I got the error:

It was a continuous stream of errors and the blockchain graph was not displayed at all.

Currently, when you add fee to a transaction, it goes missing because no OutputTransaction is created. Total amount of "cash" in blockchain decreases by given fee amount and the miner does not get the fee for himself
