Your list with about me, contact and so on is shown to me as one long bunch of links, so it's like this: link about me, link projects link contact link social. Perhaps a tag wasn't closed correctly?

I should be able to arrow up and down through the list with no problems and at the moment I can't do that.

Your social links have the same issue as your list at the top of your site, they all appear as one long string of links instead of a list that I can arrow through.

I am able to tab through your list at the top of your page but pressing enter on them seams to do nothing. It should jump me to that part of the page.

My thoughts

Not sure what it's going on with the lists, the tags should be closed correctly.

I believe the problem with the links not working on enter is caused by the scrolling animation that brings you to that section of the page. Maybe the animation doesn't give the focus to the target element when it's done animating.
