Tell users that they'll need to use a country code if they're including a phone number in their user list file.

Need to see if there's a way around this without waiting for all tasks in a batch to complete

Refactor the code so that there isn't 3 nested loops.

The user should be able to list all groups they can use for the for the --by-group argument

Improve how the script gets the keys required by the Duo APIs. Make a function that can go through the args and look for each required key (admin and auth integration secret), and if they aren't there, look in the environment variables.

When using resume-from-last/resume-from-file, it will check all users that have already sent a response. However, it doesn't check how many times the user has been pinged.

Duodo needs to check how many times a user has been pinged, and if it's less then the required pings, keep the user if they have not sent a fraud or accept response.

It'll also need to check how many more times the user needs to be pinged. This'll require a change to the push loop.
