Just refreshed my client to update my nickname in a server, and I'm now having an issue where my background image is not showing up, except for a single-pixel sliver at the very top of the window. It looks like it might be an issue with the overlay used to darken the image.

For the record, this was working ok before I refreshed, I'm fairly sure it's not a problem with my image of choice since it does appear to still be up, and I have not modified the code in my copy of the theme at all recently.

Hi there, I just downloaded this theme looking for an alternative to a theme I was using that recently broke. Unfortunately, this theme seems to have broken in the same way- it looks like Discord has updated the sidebar and such, and now a couple things aren't skinned correctly! The most noticeable issue is with the users sidebar itself, which is now the default grey instead of being translucent, but I'm also seeing the same issue in right-click menus, which appear to be only partially skinned.

I may also want to mention that the options menu in Discord is not skinned at all, but I don't know if it's supposed to be, so take that with a grain of salt.

I noticed some things were mentioned to be fixed in the latest commit, but I think I do have the latest commit and it's still a bit busted. (I dl'd the theme from the frontpage via downloading as ZIP so apologies if I'm just being dumb.) Would love to see this fixed soon!

The background is too dark. I don't know which rgba to change the transparency.

I tried to change this code but it doesn't work.

The background goes black after trying to change the background image

The location of both the home button and the public server button ( Explore public server button by discord ), is not aligned with the server icons, they are both a bit to the left which is kind of annoying. Not only that, the white line that you get when you hover over the home button, public server button and the add server button is not aligned with the buttons themselves. This too is annoying.

I hope this can be fixed.

The triple column theme no longer makes discord have triple columns for channels.

Hello,

I started discord today and suddenly the whole theme is black, I tried to reinstal and resave the file but nothing helps.

Screenshots:

I placed the .css file into the Themes folder, and it's not showing up when i go to the themes section in the BetterDiscord app. I'm sure that i'm doing something wrong, since i'm new to Github though.

Is there a way to go about getting this back for a single column file. I have the old quad file with it but the new one doesn't seem to have it. I attached a picture below.

Hello, it's to say that the columns themes are glitched, I use 3 columns and that what it do to me:

as you can see it only changes the left side when changing values, discord prob changes some of the css names, since thats what they have been doing the last few weeks. I'll just have it at 0.8 now until its fixed
(and brighten up the photo in potoshop)

Yo, this is just a quick alert that after a recent Discord update (I'm on PTB, for clarity), the server list has lost its background, and the same update also seems to have broken the custom DM icon.

So after one of the few recent discord updates, I start getting this annoying bug, it won't happen if the theme is turn off

Does anyone know how to fix it?

How do you change the friends icon to the default one

I've been able to change all colors minus one. To clarify, everything's identified by # or RGBA, and I've gone through all 1,000+ of them and changed everything to how I personally want it, and this one color, won't come up anywhere...

Coloring doesn't work

So I just booted up Discord again, and I'm greeted with a grey screen.

Thing is, it's only grey in chats and the Games tab, if I go to my friend list, everything is fine and the background is the one I added.
What should I do?

I recently uninstalled this theme and reinstalled, but I can't get some of my settings to be the same. On the old installation I had it where the text color from users in servers was the same color as their role. I can't seem to get it to be the same, any idea?

Yikes my dude. The latest update to Discord seems to have entirely busted many aspects of the theme. So many things have become unskinned that it'd be easier to list the things that are still skinned: the bottom username/"playing" info, the Activity homepage, the users list in DMs/servers, the channel list in servers, and the text field. Everything else is broken and has become unskinned. Tested with the latest uploaded version, which has the same issue.

For the record, I'm on PTB.

Right now when we click on something (ex. an user), we get presented with the following.

Would it be possible to add an option for a background there?

Hey. I just downloaded the theme, it looks amazing, and I only have issues with some parts.

The guild and status menus are bright white (Turned it to the default color on the screenshot)
Every right-click menu.
And lastly the screenshotted part of the embed got left out.

I could make a PR to fix those in 10mins, but I have no idea which color to turn them into.
Anyways, pretty nice theme, keep it up!

So the problem is just a minor one, and I don't know if it's the theme or just BetterDiscord, but the public servers icon is cut off and misaligned.

When i put the .css into the folder and applied it, no image.
What i did was i put the theme into the css editor, and many issues were pooping up on the first two lines

Hey heyy, so I just updated to the newest version of this theme after a little while of not touching it, and I've noticed that among the many changes to the layout since I last updated, the option to change the color of blocked messages is no longer present- I checked around using ctrl+f and couldn't find it. I want the blocked message color to be a nice cyan rather than the red it is now. Copy-pasting the blocked messages code from the previous version of the theme partially worked; it changed the text and the background of the closed bar to the color I want, but the border is unchanged and so is the opened message, leaving a little bit of discoloration on the bar when I open it.

So what I'm wondering is, how exactly do I go about changing the blocked messages color now that the code has changed a bit?

EDIT: I didn't want to clutter the issues by putting this in a new one immediately after I posted this one, but I've got another question! I've noticed that new DMs now slide in at about half the speed they did on the previous version of the theme I was using, which is funny but hard to get used to, and I'm wondering which bit of code does that so I can get rid of it.

Recently started having a problem with this theme wherein I can't click on or even hover over any emotes listed at the top of the emote list. It's as if an invisible, unclickable window is positioned overtop the emotes. You can see a GIF of the issue I'm having below- notice how none of the emotes I am hovering over show a highlight, or change the emote name at the top of the screen.

Scrolling up and down in the list sometimes fixes this, sometimes does not. I have confirmed that this is an issue with this theme and not an issue with BetterDiscord or Discord itself, as disabling the theme causes this to stop happening.

For the record- I am running Bandaged BetterDiscord on Discord PTB, last refreshed just a couple minutes ago at the time of posting this issue. I also have a Nitro Classic subscription at the moment.

Hey it's me again, your regular "I refreshed and now there's a bug" messenger! I woke up today to find the user info menus one would see upon clicking on a user's name 100% transparent. This looks fine if there's nothing behind the box, but if there is, the problem becomes very apparent:

I have a habit of reflexively clicking to show info menus, so I was quick to notice this and would love to see it fixed. As usual, I'm on PTB.

Within the past 2 weeks, when I try to click "Shift + Enter" in chat, Discord crashes.

is there a way to edit it? it's a bit dark for my taste

Ever since that one update, the column additions have been broken, any chance for a fix?

First I want to say what an awesome theme this is, and I've really been enjoying it. The only question I had is whether or not it would be possible to change the colors of some things that aren't included in the downloaded css file. I noticed the original code has changed the color of these elements, but there's no option/input in the download for them. Just minor things, but I was curious if it were possible to change?

Was wondering if you knew the classes for the blue highlighted @here text, green background highlight on users and blue background and text bubble for hovering your mouse over a server. And again, awesome theme!

I can't seem to change the rainbow thing on the Unread Channels thing. No matter what I do it's still rainbow.

adding those line (with a width modified of course) to the .css provided in the readme have been unsuccessful. Adding the whole file import makes the .css invisble in the theme window on Discord.

I want to make the button as large as the column with maybe a margin of 5 px left and right.

I managed to find a way to customize the color of a mention using :

and was wondering how to apply this to the theme itself as a customizable trait. Is there already a way to do so or is this something that is yet to be developed?

Does absolutely nothing typing font stays white. Already re-downloaded the newest updates from the theme, I can change every other color for everything other than the text of what people say in the channels I am in.

As the newest Discord Folder update was out, you couldn't see unread messages anymore while using the Theme.

The new update broke the theme. There's no background anymore for me, I am not the only one with this issue. Please help! https://imgur.com/a/1lDUgLp
